Copenhagen 16/6 2020. 33 cl can from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Pink can with blue writing and what looks like airbrush from the eighties.
Very gushy upon opening - comes jumping right out of the can. Pours hazy, golden, slightly dirty yellow with a very big white head. Bubbly. Settles as frothy uneven layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet citric odors, a yeasty touch combined with sour lemonade odors. Orange and tangerine. Light odor of cheese. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger, citric sourness. Aftertaste is sour and short.
Well balanced Weisse with a light touch of yeast. I did not exactly get the giggles but a pleasant enough drink.
