Copenhagen 13/6 2020. 33 cl can from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Mystifying drawing on the cn. Looks like a skull shooting out a very long tongue catching a giant piece of soft gum.
Pours hazy , golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin in places almost transparent, layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a yeasty odor, light touch of funk and light citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is yeasty and semi-dry.
Well balanced IPA with a moderate strain of the Norwegian wonder yeast.
