Copenhagen 17/8 2019. 33 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel). Yellow can with Pilsner written in big black Letters. The version I am drinking has an ABV of 4,6.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Settles as flimsy, thin layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is subdued, sweetish and malty. Sweet pale malts, bread, grains. Not much else, really.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter hint.
Sweetish Pale Lager. Reminds me of vacations in Southern Europe. But then again the beer is rarely especially good when on vacations in Southern Europe.
