Copenhagen 14/7 2019. 33 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel). Abstract pattern of something that shines on the can.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is citric, fruity and lightly fermented. Peach, Mango, Sweetness. Light fermented decay. Stronger notes og Grape fruit and Citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, prickly, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little harsh. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Not acidic enough to justify the name. But a refreshing IPA nontetheless.
