Copenhagen 26/1 2019. 33 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel), Kbh Ø. Flying Couch usual design in black with the happy beer drinker drifting away in his couch.
Pours hazy golden yellow with big white head. Settles as 1 cm thick blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer, crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity and little fermented. Sweet exotic fruit like peach and mango. Fermented, farty sourness. Citric sour notes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is intense and bitter. Lingers for bit. Semi-dry finish.
Above average Brut IPA with a good intensity.
