Copenhagen 1/9 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table, Kbh NV. Simple Black label with the Characteristic Flying Couch.
Pours opaque dark brown with big beige head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam hugging the sides of the glass. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is sweet and spicy. Cocoa, coffee, chocolate, Tobacco and vanilla.
Medium strong carbonation. Soft yet lively texture. A little prickly. Slightly thick.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter coffee. Lingering.
A porter with a lot of aroma and flavor Despite being quite light.
