Copenhagen 22/2 2017. 50 cl from local pizzeria Behov, Rentemestervej, Kbh. NV. Brown slightly biodynamic label in brown untreated paper telling me that this beer is "Pleasantly bitter" and produced exclusively for the local pizza joint which makes quite good pizzas by the way.
Pours hazy orange with white head. Settles as lonely thin island of foam sailing aimlessly around. No lacing.
Aroma of citrus fruits, cardboard and grass.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is moderately sweet followed by more pronounced bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingering.
Quite thin and watery but refreshing. And it certainly goes okay with a good pizza.
