Copenhagen 31/7 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, NV. A handheld "S" from Siren and brewery's logo with a beer drinking dude in a Flying Couch on the label. They use the term "Smoothie Berliner" to describe the beer.
Pours hazy pink with small white head. Gunks of yeast whirling around. Head disappears after a few seconds. Looks a bit like water used for painting with water colors.
Aroma is tart and sour. Gets slightly sweeter as the beer warms up. Unripe berries, citrus, sour sorbet ice and hints of something lightly sweet candy.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, prickly, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger sourness. Aftertaste is tart but with sweet, lactid undercurrent. Lingers shortly.
Aptly described as a Smoothie Berliner. Sour but not without milky sweetness.
