A DDH DIPA with lactose, made with Amarillo and Centennial hops. Part of Indiana City's rotating NEIPA series. I don't see many NEIPAs highlighting Amarillo and Centennial instead of the usual suspects, so this is a testament to the brewery's skill at being one of the better makers of hazies in the state. Still soft and smooth on the mouthfeel, with just enough bitter sharpness on the front palate from the dry-hopping. A good juicy punch with a mix of orange and grapefruit, plus some floral and grassy notes.
