A: The beer is very hazy dark brown in color. It poured with a thin off white head that died down but consistently left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: There are light to moderately strong aromas of lavender and mint in the nose. The smell becomes stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste is somewhat malty and has flavors of lavender and rosemary. Hints of dark fruits become apparent in the taste as the beer warms up (while the herbal flavors become subdued).
M: It feels a bit shy of medium-bodied and slightly thin on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The beer isn’t as malty compared to other beers in the style but the herbs make the taste interesting. It is very easy to drink.
