Purchased in Denmark-drank in Ireland. Poured from 500ml bottle a slightly cloudy light orange-brown. There was a nice white head that left some lacing and settled down to a smaller head after a minute or so.

The smell of bananas and cloves is the first thing that hits you-as soon as your nose is anywhere near the glass.

Some of the smells come through in the first sip, but mostly it is your class witbier tastes that come through in the end with a bit of fruitiness and sourness to it.

Pleasant carbonation that makes this beer easy to drink and not too heavy but still with plenty of taste. I would consider this a session witbier and would gladly try another if I had the chance.

The liquid is clear; the colour is yellow-orange. The beer pours with a gigantic head that slowly sinks down with a fizzing sound, leaving massive lacing.

Call me old-fashioned, but I think that a Wit should be hazy!

The harmonic smell is sour-sweet with fruity notes of bitter herbs and citric fruits.

The taste is a bit sour with some notes of wheat dough, tamarinds, bitter herbs, olive oil(!), citric fruits (oranges, limes, bitter oranges). The aftertaste is balanced and mild with some dough, fruits (apricots, bitter lemons), spices and a touch of minerals. There is a slight taste of plastic in the finish, lowering the grade.

The carbonation is strong (according to the label, carbon dioxide is added) with small bubbles. The liquid is a bit thick and smooth.

50 cl bottle w/ resealable cap, served in Carlsberg Vienna-style glass.
Typically cloudy witbier-appearance. Nice head. Extremely fresh taste, pleasantly citric and very well balanced. Immensely refreshing. Good drinkability.
An excellent witbier; better, in fact, than many Belgians I've had. As w/ the other Brøckhouse beers, too damn expensive, though...

Nice, mango juice flavour, hints of spice, coriander, smooth, and slightly creamy, like their IPA, this is very well made and tasty ale, and like the IPA would make a nice session ale, very tasty, smooth, quaffable brew. I wish i could get this down at my local, good ingredients.
