Cool satellite tastingroom in newish industrial building. High ceilings with big open garage door on a beautiful spring day. Small bar in the back near the barrel wall seats about 10 with communal tables throughout the room. A dozen beers on tap, plus bottles to drink or to go. Friendly knowledgeable bartenders. 3/28/19

This rating is for the production facility/tap room. Visited in early spring 2021, and they were managing well, despite the tough COVID circumstances. Fantastic albeit small space, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and outstanding beers.

this place is incomparable, really nothing like it out there. you really have to separate this into two entities to comment, one being the farm, the second being the production facility about 20 or 30 minutes away, which we had the pleasure of checking out and meeting some folks. small batches are still being brewed at the farm, but this is just one small part of what goes on at this idyllic property. you basically have to be a guest to visit there, although we were lucky to get a reservation at their fine restaurant as outside guests. when you drive up to the farm, its incredibly peaceful and rural, way out there, and on the property everything is perfectly manicured and presentable, we knew we were in for something special right away. they park your car for you, check you in at a little desk, invite you over to a bar and restaurant area to have a drink and take in the views of the valley and the springtime smells and sounds before chauffeuring you over to what they call the barn, their high end restaurant, which looks like a wedding venue from a movie (i later learn weddings start at a quarter million dollars here, this is big time). open feel and open kitchen, lots of wood, dim lighting and white table cloths. the food was extraordinary, not the best ive ever hard but in the conversation, professionally served and very high end, we did the tasting menu, pricey but you get what you pay for. its mostly about wine here, they hardly mention their own beer, but among the $10k bottles of wine, there is a beer list which includes many of their own. we drink through just about all of them with their meal, rather fairly priced, especially next to the wine, and it was well presented by the servers. we never got to see the actual brewery here, but this place warrants a glowing review nevertheless, its an experience worth having, such an amazing property and meal, unforgettable really. the production brewery is also worth seeing, not yet public either, but they are planning a taproom space there in maryville. for now there is an office building, a brew house area, and another separate building where the wood ageing is going down. we were able to take a quick tour, chat with some folks on their team, and share a beer. it was a special experience and i cant wait to go back when their taproom is open. i think these guys are making some of the very best beers in the country, saisons for days and some amazing belgian stuff too, world class really, and they deserve more attention they they seem to be getting. i had an amazing experience both at the farm and at the production site, really amazing to finally check this place out!!!
