There’s a good thing about Austrian beers - even the cheapest one tastes phenomenal! This has been around for ages, I never bought it for it being “too cheap” but now being under 1$ was my price point, and it didn’t let me down.
Looks very nice (better than expected, a nice golden hay) smells also pretty good and while it tasted just “okay,” a bit thin but okay - and at least it stayed that way and didn’t get ruined by any bad aftertaste.
It is a nice okay beer. It is alright.

Pours up a deep brown mahogony and is very clear. The Schaumkrone is creamy and thick and the color of mocha. The aroma features chocolate malt and roast malts. Hints of caramel are to be found. The flavor is velvity roast malts with hints of bitter chocolate. Although it is upfront sweet is smoothes out nicely with a roast malt bitterness. a medium mouth feel is well suited. A very good Bier from Austria...
