Poured from a 1 pint 9.4 oz bottle into a stemmed glass. Looks very good! Blonde/gold in color. Highly carbonated with steady streams of bubbles and a good finger of head that doesn't diminish. Smell is of lemon peel, oak and funk. Taste follows smell but with more of the wine from the barrels coming through. Good blend of tart and funkiness. Lemon Head candy. Mouth feel is good for a sour. Overall a pretty decent sour.
