Pours a clear, yellow colour with lots of carbonation bubbles. Smells tart and sour, white grapes, cherry, earthy-funk, mainly sour. Tastes very light, mildly sour upfront, hints of peach, tart cherries, sour red-grape, earthy-funk, and oak. Very crisp and refreshing, even with how tart it is.
