Pours a very dark mahogany/brown, almost black. Smells faint, but of sweet roasted malts and toasted grains. Tasted very smooth, creamy, dry, roasted grains, slight sweet malt undertone, notes of Ribena, but very much like a dry Irish stout with a tinge of red malts. Best stout outside of Ireland!
