IPA Argenta con Yerba Mate.
Enjoyed on tap. Nitro beer. Clear dark yellow/brass colour. Creamy head, fruity squishy nose, mandarin orange, ruby grapefruit, a lil tart and bitter on the nose but a bit earthy as well. Smooth and creamier than expected. Light smooth malt body upfront, lingering on underneath a bitter yerba mate finish. Light with a hint of floral-perfume notes, a lil sweet, squishy mouthfeel, a touch of citrusy and floral hop notes, citrus pith and a dry, slightly grained finish. An interesting beer with a lot going on without a complicated flavour profile.
