Clear deep amber colour. Aromas of caramel malts, raisin, pitted sticky tree fruits, sweet apple cherry juice and Belgian yeasts. A lot drier and funkier than the aroma let on; tastes earthy, oaky, dark cherry pits, hay, lychee, red-wine grapes, pineapple, not juicy, but the flavours are there.
