Hazy brass colour. Juicy pineapple, gtapefruit pith, and earthy hop aromas, but faint. Crisp and light throughout. Brief burst of tropical fruits and fruity and tart brett yeasts, midbody of grainy malts, hay, and a brett light bitter hop finish. Very dry palate. A kölsch with body; good for summer.
