Poured a clear, golden orange with a small, thin head of foam. It smelled of grapes, phenolic notes and cherries. The is a really funky, phenolic beer with a tart bite. Nice fruity notes and some spice.

On tap. Poured a cloudy vibrant rust orange colour. Smells sour annd funky, with candied orange peel, spices and hay. Very effervescent, like a creamy foam bloom with every sip. Helps round off the strong flavours in this wild ale. Medium- bodied and juicy upfront. Orange peel, edelweiss and grape upfront, sour and spiced throughout, leather, and a solid funky barnyard finish that lingers. Dry aperol and cordial cherry notes notes. A big beer.
