Czech medium-dark lager.
Poured on tap. Deep red maple amber colour. Smells like sweet cereal and caramel malt aromas, fruity, and a little citrusy, with notes of hay. Tastes smooth and grainy upfront, followed by a brief tart funk and strong, dry bitter hops which linger on into the aftertaste. Cereal body underneath throughout. A lil malty.
