Cottbusser style sour ale, brewed with oats, wheat, and honey.
Pours an extremely light, translucent, pale yellow colour. Smells light, fruity, slightly tart, clover honey, and honeyed pears. Tastes very carbonated, almost Champagne-like, light, crisp, tart, sweet honey, lemon zest, notes of elderflower, and finishes clean.
