Not a wild ale, but there wasn't an option for sour ale...
Pours a very bubbly (carbonated), clear, hay/honey colour. Smells like tart, white grapes, hay/straw notes, cantelope, pear, and green apple peel. Tastes light, clean, effervescent, dry-white grape, champagne-like flavours, a little tart, but not crazy sour, crisp, refreshing, and crushable.
