Pours a clear brilliant gold colour, with a creamy white head. Smells lightly bitter, a little spicy, and with light sweet pear aromas. Tastes lke it smells; light and sweet with a balanced bitter body. Pear drops, notes of apricot jam, mild bitterness throughout with a hay finish. Creamy mouthfeel with a mild velvety carbonation.
