Appearance: Pours a mostly clear, medium golden orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 7. (4.00)
Aroma: Stronger of pale, Munich, malts, yeast and bread, malts, a light citrus zest underneath.
Flavor: Strong flavors of pale malts, bread, melts, yeast. A light lemon citrus underneath. Bread, citrus, and mildly sweet. (4.25)
Feel: Medium body, strong, carbonation, nice balance of citrus, and bread linger before a clean finish. (4.25)
Compared to Bahaus Wonderstuff 10/2023: Pours darker, milder aromas. More lemon citrus and yeast. Similar sweet bread. Slightly more carbonated. Winner Beer Spa
Overall: First try at Brewstillery. This beer had good reviews and sure enough. It pours darker and has similar flavors to Wonderstuff. The flavors pop a touch more and seems a bit more carbonated which keeps it dry. A very impressive Czech Pils. (Rating: 4.18)

16 oz can into a tall Pilsner glass.
L: Pours 99% clear deep gold with a few big steady carbo bubbles, a 1/2" frothy eggshell white head that goes to skin and edge foam, random skeletal lacing and light banding.
S: Biscuit malts, grassy, a suggestion of fruits.
T: Lightly bready then fruity with light citrus, peach, a hint of distant banana, honey, gently earthy & floral, slightly rich, ripe fruit after taste and has a linger. It is moderately sweet and is full-flavored.
F: Crisp medium-light body with a medium-fast slightly drying finish. Very lightly gritty at the very end.
O: A delicious tasting beer with complex fruit notes. Crisp and fairly light. Gently sweet attire adorns this easy-drinking Pils. I taste bready malts and hops with a zing. It is very good to excellent in its style.
