Dark amber colour, strongly iridescent. Ecru-coloured head, very high, persistent, made up of small bubbles. It paints nicely on the glass.
The main components of the aroma are malty sweetness, bread notes, touches of burnt caramel and dried fruit, accompanied by, although delicate, very pleasant floral accents. Earthy and cellar notes in the background.
On the palate, a balance of malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. The finish is already more pronouncedly bitter. Light bitterness with an herbal and grassy character.
Alcohol perfectly concealed. Medium saturation downwards. Smooth texture. Medium-long dry aftertaste.
