Copenhagen 26/3 2015. 50 cl at Søernes Ølbar, Sortedams Dosseringen, Kbh. N.
Pours black and brown with an off-white head. Subsides fairly fast. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet, hoppy and perfumed. Dark roasted malts, grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor follows the nose. Rather light but with nice American hops and a good bitter aftertaste. Lingering.
Fairly light but nice Black IPA.

Really dark brown color with frothy beige head. Aroma has roasted malts but also some dark fruits like blueberry and blackberry. Taste starts bittersweet with roasted malt and dark fruit notes, continues with a hint of liquorice and finishes with fresh roasted coffee beans. Medium body, medium plus carbonation. Overall it's a quite good BIPA.

On tap at Muphy’s Law. Very dark pour with a tan head. Pine resin, grapefruit, citrus zest, roasted cofee, chocolate. Super refreshing.
