De OkassionalBeer. Version 2021. En copa Teku. Jugando a Hogwarts Legacy. Con pistachos. Delicioso toque a madera y bourbon perfectisimamente bien ajustados sin subirse mucho a la cabeza. A la altura de las mejores del estilo.

Poured to a tulip glass.
A: The body is pitch black. No light is coming in. The head is non-existent, even when pouring, resulting in a barely visible head just touching the sides of the glass.
S: The aroma is very strong of coffee, toffee and alcohol, which shows its presence right away with 11.5% ABV.
T: The taste is also incapsulated by the amount of alcohol in this beer, but it has tons of sweet chocolate. The toffee note went out somewhere where it can't be found. The problem is that the amount of alcohol is surrounding this beer everywhere, resulting in a taste that can't be enjoyed to the fullest.
M: The mouthfeel, however, is amazing, having a medium high to high gravity. Carbonation is medium to medium low. Bitterness for an Imperial Stout is perfect and sweetness as well. Almost no heat from alcohol.
O: I'd only like to drink this beer with less alcohol or even a more hidden alcohol. That would make this beer tremendous.

Really dark brown color, brown head. Aroma has peated scotch and dark malts. Taste starts sweet and malty, continues with peated wood and finishes quite bitter and roasty. Medium body with smooth mouthfeel. Overall it's a quite good, easy drinking beer with a nice barrel character.
