On tap at Oliver Twist in Stockholm.
Pours an unclear light orange. Fine, soft foam.
Smell is full of tart passion fruit and lime, with a hit of salt on the finish.
Taste starts off with sour passion fruit and apricot marmalade. Finishes with some salt and a little bit of bitterness.
Mouthfel is thin and prickly.
Overall, a terrific sour, lots of levels of flavor and very refreshing.
