Pours a pale reddish pink with very litttle foam.
Smell is slightly tart with raspberrr, some lime and some sweetness from the beets.
Taste starts with tart raspberries, then adds some sweetness and beet notes. Some spice on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium and creamy. Well carbonated.
Overall an interesting gose, where the beets add something special.
