Collaboration with All In Brewing-
Collaborations are an integral part of our brewing philosophy, so it's no surprise that our friends from All In Brewing, together with an innovative metal festival, helped create this Midwest Pale ale.

Copenhagen 3/6 2018. 33 cl can from Kihosk, KBH V. Very detailed drawing of a green (?) skeleton in a cage on the can. Apparently some kind of Heavy Metal Festival beer.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as a thin layer covering the surface of the beer and crawling up the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is potent and citric. Light but subdued sweet exotic fruit. Shitload of grapefruit. Acerbic. Little twist of fermentation.
Light carbonation. Soft, creamy, slightly thick texture.
Flavor is medium sweet. Followed by strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and finish is semi-dry.
Compared to the festivals in Denmark and the beer they serve there this is outstanding. I would go to a Metal festival alone for a Scorched Tundra or ten!
