Really liked they brewed a gose. Great cloudy golden straw color. Nice nose with coriander and some salt but a little more acidic in the nose and you would expect.
The acidic notes carry through to the flavor which is actually a highlight for me. Nothing standoutish about this. Great job overall. Would love to try another batch or two or even adding some adjuncts.
