"Weiss" is the German word for white and generally refers to the bright yellowish white color of their flavorful wheat-based brew. We then enhanced this beer with lemon zest to make it a truly refreshing experience. Besides, what could be more perfect than enjoying a lovely afternoon with your Main Squeeze?

Pours a very clear, light golden color. The head is white, 1 finger, retention is poor.
The nose is quite strong with lemon. Slight malt also.
Taste - Has a lot of lemon on the taste. Light flavor. Somewhat of an artificial lemon flavor.
Feel is quite light, but to be expected for this style.
This would be an amazing beer on a very hot day. For what it is it isn't bad.

Not sure if Berliner Weisse would be accurate. Very refreshing and very over the top lemon extract. Almost artificial lemon curd. Easy drinking, which is perfect for outdoor seatings.
Overall, I would probably refer to this as a wheat shandy. Kind of sweet. One and done.
