Our American Wheat is a thirst quenching session beer for a hot day - or even for a not-so-hot day. True to its style, it pours with a dense head of foam and exhibits slight haziness. It is fragrant, fruity and spicy with notes of coriander and orange peel, and is balanced with a hint of hops. This is our lightest beer in the lineup, but far from your plain, generic, or ordinary light beer.

This beer pours a hazy golden color. The head was white, 2 finger, frothy. Retention was poor. Some lacing on the glass.
The nose is has a mild wheat aroma - banana, cloves. Very mild aroma.
Taste - is much better than the nose. Very rich wheat flavor. The banana is very pronounced. Some of the cloves also, but they mix well together.
Feel - is about what is expected from a wheat beer in body and mouthfeel.
Overall, a good wheat beer.
