Found in Iowa craft beer tent advent box. Poured from undated 12oz can into pint glass. No head whatsoever, dark brown opaque liquid. Smell is intensely of sweet peanut butter and milk chocolate. Flavor is less peanutty and more cocoa and finishes with roasty bitterness. Mouthfeel is chewy and a tad syrupy, definitely not cloying, and no sign of the 9.5% ABV. Overall pretty good, but maybe dial back the artificial peanut aroma and dial up the head retention on this one to make it really good.

12oz undated can poured into a tulip pint glass at fridge temp 9.5% ABV 50 IBU. The beer pours dense very dark brown with chocolate tan colored head. The head recedes to a pencil thin ring island of tiny bubbles. The aroma is strong with peanut butter. The taste is semisweet peanut butter cup flavor with some roasted malt and mild bitterness on the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with less than medium carbonation and a somewhat dry finish. No sign of the ABV. Overall, good. Very peanut butter cup focused and frankly nails the flavor.

12 oz can.
Pours a thick, dark brown color. 1 finger tan head. Retention isn't the best, and there's no lacing on the glass.
The nose hit me hard while pouring - peanut butter. Up close I get - woah! The peanut butter is off the chart! I also get a faint chocolate note here, that is so pleasing. Deep and rich.
Taste - Deep rich peanut butter. It hits up front, then a bit of a barrel note, then peanut butter strikes hard again.
Smooth, yet dangerous. This is smooth and thick, and rich, and full bodied. Just the slightest "heat" to warn you to take your time here.
I am so damn impressed here! This is damn good, and am wishing I would have picked up more of it.

Sampled on tap at the Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in an 8-ounce "snulip." Absolutely stunning-looking pour: opaque and almost black in color, with a tan highlight here and there and a one-finger tan head that left a bit of nice lacing. There's nothing subtle about the chocolate and peanut butter in this. It's like a liquid Reese cup. Hints of dark roast espresso bean, licorice, and dark fruit are present as well. Some alcohol warmth, but not overly boozy at all. Some roasty bitterness on the finish. Silky mouthfeel. This is exactly what you want in a peanut butter porter. Well thought out and well made, this is an exceptional beer.
