Maybe I just haven’t had a red ale in a while but didn’t like it. Strong buttery and candy smell. Maybe it sat in the tap too long.

Aroma is caramel/earthy malts and mild sweetness. The flavor is caramel/nutty malts/hint of pecan, big earthiness and a slightly bitter hop/mildly sweet finish.
