Key limes, AKA Mexican limes, have a unique flavor that's tart, sharp and sour, but yet have a delicate sweetness and herbal notes. This sour embodies that as well as has an aroma that is intensely citrusy and floral. Some say key limes are more extreme than other limes, and can even be borderline bitter. We’re counting on that in our Key Lime Sour!
