Our Blonde Ale is pale golden in color with a crisp profile highlighted by late kettle and dry hop additions. Roasted oats and flaked barley were added to the base malt to lighten the color and mouthfeel. Nugget and Crystal hops contribute spicy and citrus flavors.

On draft. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of caramel, toffee and some floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with a fairly piney, bitter bite. Crisp and sharp.
