Draft at Flat Branch. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sticky lacing. It smelled of toasted caramel, roasted malt and toffee. Sweet caramel taste with toffee and a mild bitterness.

Pours a clear amber color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of caramel malt, sweet malt, pale malt, hint of yeast, slight citrus hops, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of a German Marzen. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastea of caramel malt, sweet malt, pale malt, hint of yeast, slight citrus hops, and slight alcohol. Overall, a well blended, good bodied, traditional style.
