Our Oil Change Stout infused with a blend of coffee beans specially roasted by Z Best Coffee. The coffee flavor is subtle, yet perceptible over the malt profile of the Oil Change Stout. Very smooth drinking and a great taste combination for the coffee lover.

Pours a dark black color. 1/3 inch head of an off-tan color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of coffee, roasted malt, sweet malt, slight alcohol, and hint of oatmeal. Fits the style of an American Stout. Mouth feel is smooth and creamy with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong coffee upfront, then roasted malt, and sweet malt. Overall, strong and rich coffee flavors and aromas, but otherwise not complex.

A - Pours black as oil and thick, too. It had a foamy, soapy, light brown head that left sudsy lace on the glass.
S - Great java/coffee bean aroma. There are some caramel and molasses notes, too.
T - Good coffee taste at first sip but then it drops off. It becomes very sweet and loses its coffee kick. There were odd fruity flavors, too.
M - It was sticky and somewhat creamy. A light to medium-bodied beer.
D - This is an okay coffee beer. I'm hoping I caught it at the ned of the tank. The aroma was very good, but it just didn't deliver on taste.

Our Oil Change Stout infused with a blend of coffee beans specially roasted by Z Best Coffee. The coffee flavor is subtle, yet perceptable over the malt profile of the Oil Change Stout. Very smooth drinking and a great taste combination for the coffee lover. The ABV is 5.1% and hop bitterness is 11 BU's. Served as a nitrogenated stout.
Coffee tends to overpower even the darkest beers with ease. There's a strong coffee taste, but it's a mild blend, nothing too strong. The backing malt is just a light (compared to the coffee) cocoa and roasted barley taste. If you like more of a medium roast coffee beer, this is is. Very clear and good for the style.
