The deliciously complex malt flavors and aromas in this beer are balanced by a hint of hop bitterness. Bread, fruit and caramel flavors are at the forefront of this medium bodied ale. Try it with your favorite dessert!

A - Poured a clear amber color that leaned toward the darker side. It had a one-finger, khaki colored head of bubbly foam.It left soapy rings of lace.

S - It smelled malty and of sweet caramel. There was a mild floral hop aroma.

T - It tasted of bready malt with some sweet caramel. It has some sharp hop bitterness to balance the sweet.

M - It was fairly sharp and smooth. A light bodied ale that is easy drinking.

D - This is a nice amber ale. It does taste somewhat similar to every thing else they brew at Flat Branch.
