This pilsner has a straw color and a medium-light body with a pleasent malt sweetness that's derived from the use of pilsner malt. A typical lager like aroma/flavor come from the malt and yeast that is complimented by the aroma/flavor of the Chinook, 7270 and Vic Secret hops. At 5.2% ABV and 13 IBU’s, this is a very sessionable beer with a subtle hop aroma and flavor due to dry hopping in the brite tank.

Draft at Flat Branch. Poured out a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lace. It smelled of caramel, toffee and citrus. Sweet caramel taste with toffee and a mild bitterness.
