Had this on tap. What a weird beer this was. Looks slightly hazy, but still a brightly colored amber/straw, with a tiny, fizzy head. Dissipated down to nearly nothing, just the faintest wisp of foam around the edges. Smells like caramel and some wheat. Taste is very unbalanced, much more sweet than bitter. Caramel, butterscotch, and brown sugar overload that lingers for a while after you swallow, not getting much hops at all to offer some balance. Very thin and watery body, smooth going down but with a cloying sweetness that lingers. Overall, not one of my favorites for the night from this brewpub.
