I had this on tap at the pub served in a cervoise.
The color is dark cocoa brown with opaque clarity and thin ecru cap with fine bead. The smell is very raisin-like with a nutty malt aroma and hint of breadiness in the yeast ester. The feel has a malt focus with moderately yeast dominant texture with light fruity and tangy with moderately light carbonation w/ medium dry finish and gentle alcohol.
The taste is very good with light toasted grain and fig-like earthy flavor with raisin and dried fruit accent with slight yeast nuttiness and mild dry malt in the taste with a hint of caramel as it finishes. Overall this is a tasty brown with more of a session quality -very tasty English style brown.
