Enjoyed at the brewery, 10/7/21. Let me start by saying this is the best nitro I've ever had. Incredible coffee some AND flavor. Rich molasses, light mineral, smooth mouthfeel.

From draft at Point Ybel. A nitro pour. A milk stout with vanilla, cocao nibs and espresso beans. Lots of coffee and chocolate notes on the nose and palate. Delicious.

excellent beer here, maybe my favorite i had when we visited this awesome little spot. its a breakfast stout with coffee roasted locally, vanilla beans, and cocoa nibs, as well as lactose for added creaminess. its also on nitro at the brewery, so that adds even more to the smooth rich feel. full style points for presentation on this one. its served in a clear coffee mug and looks absolutely gorgeous with the thick nitro head on it spilling down the sides. aroma of nearly burnt dark roasted unbrewed coffee beans, sweet vanilla cream from the beans and the lactose, and lots and lots of dark grain. amazing flavor, grain driven, not overrun by the additives, although they all flash in and play their part at various times, i am amazed how well the lower alcohol base milk stout holds up with all thats happening here. nice bitterness to balance too, and thats where the chocolate element is most prominent. i get a heaviness to this that i like a lot, deep roast and coffee and oats and faint smoke, its delightful. all its missing is a heavy maple syrup spike, it cant be a full breakfast without maple syrup! that said, this is a killer beer, if its on tap when you visit, do not pass it up!

Great aroma and nice body. The beans don't come across like an old pot of coffee. I like that it's not 12%abv also. The crowlers are always nice to see also.

Really well done coffee stout. Taste and feel are impressive at a mere 6%. Vanilla is subtle but adds a little richness at end.

This is one that I would call a coffee stout. They use coffee beans in the brewing process. The aroma and taste are both dominated by the addition. Great full body and nice tight tan head give this a desired look. Served in a large snifter glass.
