A snifter of chill-hazed yellow golden liquid with a poofy white head. Retention is not great but the lace is.
Smell is tart, lemony, floral, a touch of malt.
Taste is heavy on the tart citrus notes with floral, malt, saltiness and some herbal filling out the list. Balance is pretty good.
Light bodied, tangy effervescence. Dry finish. Lemon lingers and gets a little "Pledge"-like in the aftertaste.
