This is the third time I have had this beer. I pour into a large snifter. The color is opaque black with a nice tan head. Immediately the chilies and chocolate jump out of the glass. There is slight dryness when you take a sip. The cinnamon, licorice, chocolate, and chili are all present in every sip. This is another that needs to get warmed up in the glass to be fully appreciated, IMO. The bottle says 9% and I believe it, but it's not boozy. There are too many flavors covering the brew for the alcohol to come through.
