This German helles lager is the absolute perfect beer for our Florida weather. We used 100% German Weyerman Pilsner malt with a dash of Vienna, German Hallertauer hops, and hit it with our favorite lager yeast. This beer is the description of crispy. Ultra clean with a very light bready malt character and the perfect amount of natural, crisp carbonation to make this beer the ultimate crushable beverage. Light in color, not in flavor!
