Thanks to rudzud for sharing, although I think we split this one in purchase.
Light fizzy mocha head, light lacing, pitch black beer decent legs. A nice swirl gives a good creamy head finally.
Nose big black malts, lots of roasted malt, some char and coffee, light acrid burnt coffee, super dark bitter chocolate, a bit of a mocha like chocolate, licorice, root like earthy undertones, touch of booze, powdered cocoa.
Taste sweet like at first, then big dark malts, roasted dark malts, little creamy, some acrid char and bitter tannic flavor, little burnt char, lots of powdered pure cocoa, some anise. Quite rich and creamy, nice milk dark choc, vanilla even, lots of bitter dark choc, melted choc. Fair to lower bitterness. Finish is semi sweet little syrupy, nice lingering choc, little vanilla and roast.
Mouth is med to fuller bod, creamy, no real booze, decent carb.
Overall quite nice.

Picked up a bottle of this at Julio's and split with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice dark brown almost black hue with initially a quarter inch mocha head, with swirling though this balloons into a foamy, creamy one finger with awesome legs.
S - Aromas of chocolate, rich bakers powdered cocoa, dark goodness, tons of roast malts super Asiatic that just explodes from the tulip. Lots of licorice and anise, faint alcohol. Really nice mingling of chocolate and roast malts.
T - Taste is super creamy chocolate, dark and rich, a crazy amount of roast malts, nice chat light acrid flavours, super tasty, super chocolatey, like letting a rich paraffin free dark chocolate bar melt across my tongue. Delicious.
M - Mouthfeel is very creamy, super rich. Lower carbonation.
O - Overall I really enjoyed this beer. Super roast and chocolate very tasty and creamy. An incredibly smooth and tasty beer.
