A: Lots of tropical fruit, especially bright pineapple, coupled with citrusy hops.

A: Bright yellow with a slight orange hue, totally opaque with a thin white head that quickly dissolves to a thin ring around the glass.

T: Lots of tropical fruit, slightly danky with moderate funk and dry finish.

M: Medium-light bodied, moderately juicy, with moderate carbonation.

O: Tasty; the beer is super juicy, but has a pretty dry finish from the brett. The beer does an excellent job of complimenting the tropical fruit notes in the brett, which isn’t very evident in the aroma, but comes across stronger in the taste, especially the finish!

Growler served in a tulip. Beer pours a hazy orange golden color with minimal head. Nose gives hints of the Brett but it is subdued in the taste. That is where the hops shine in this beer making it a juicy, tasty beer.

Pours a hazy dark golden orange color with tangerine edges and a two finger white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Sporadic streaks of lace left behind.

Floral hop aroma with resinous pine and subtle musty funk from the wild yeast. Dank buds, resinous oils, subtle citrus, pale biscuit malt, light fruit and graham cracker. Brett doesn't stand out with just a touch of funk. Smells more like a traditional west coast IPA with juicy papaya, mango and pineapple sweetness countering the sticky nugs and grassy pine resins.

Fuller end of medium body with a blast of dank, sticky hop bitterness that lingers over the funky yeast, pale malt and sweeter notes into a bone dry finish. Dank and resinous with oily hops and piney bitterness countered by lemon peel, grapefruit and pineapple sweetness. Brett stronger than expected with dry, musty funk, white peach and melon. Bread yeast with some biscuit and faint caramel sweetness.
